Buzz Worthy Homes to Entice Every Taste

Fall of 2013 is turning into THE season for new developments in New York City.  I’m thrilled to see these projects drawing closer and closer to opening.  There are dozens of great new development projects taking place throughout the city that will accomodate all different tastes and appeals.  If you like the idea of living in an iconic building that makes its mark in history, you're going to love the newly-released units at The Greenwich Lane.  If you're enticed by the glamour of living in a building designed by a celebrity Starchitect, there several world-renowned buildings to choose from.  And if you share my love for well-being in all areas of life, The Delos might be the perfect match for you.

My friend, Stephanie Hirsch is presenting her latest gallery, "I'd Rather Die on My Feet than Live on My Knees" at the Lyons Wier Gallery November 14 - December 14, 2013 :yons 542 West 24th Street, New York.

Intelligentsia's first coffeebar in the city is nestled in the lobby of The High Line Hotel - and the coffee is delicious! My favorite is the angelina. If you're in the mood for an amazing cup of coffee, send an email to  The first seven people to email me will have complimentary coffee from me.

Luxury sales are a unique subset of the Manhattan residential market consisting of the top ten percent of apartment sales by price, excluding townhouses. These sales typically consist of high-end products such as larger two- and three-or-more bedrooms. In the third quarter of 2013, the entry level price in this category was approximately $2.9 million and average price increased 9.04% quarter-over-quarter from $5,064,503 to $5,522,139. Simultaneously median price increased 7.79% from $3,850,000 to $4,150,000 quarter-over-quarter while the number of days on market decreased 16.18% to 114 days to closing likely marking an increase in sales by individuals wishing to lock in interest rates at desirable levels.

There are so many restaurants within the five boroughs of New York City that you could eat at a different one every day and still not have tried them all 12 years later. If that many options seems a bit daunting, here are a few to put at the top of your list.
